Faith Formation begins on Sunday, September 12 from 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Arrival K-6 Children will be dropped off in their individual classrooms. They may be dropped off beginning at 3:20pm. They will be counted tardy after 3:40pm
Arrival 7-12 May also begin arriving at 3:20 and will be counted tardy after 3:40. They do not need to be dropped off in their classroom.
Dismissal K-6 Children may be picked up from their individual classrooms beginning at 4:50
Dismissal 7-12 Do not have to be picked up from their individual classrooms. However, Children will not be allowed to leave the building without a parent/guardian. If parents do not want to pick up in the classrooms they are asked to wait for their child in the 1st floor lobby.
Attendance Regular attendance in Faith Formation sessions is an important factor in helping your child deepen his/her understanding of Church teachings, scriptures, prayer and the importance of community. Attendance will be taken weekly and will be reviewed monthly, especially for those students enrolled in the Sacramental Preparation program.
Masks: Highly encouraged
Hand Sanitizer: Hand sanitizing dispensers are available at each classroom and washroom doors. Hand washing will be encouraged when possible. Students will be encouraged to sanitize when entering a classroom, exiting a washroom, and periodically throughout the session when needed.
Food & Drink: Water fountains will not be used. Students may bring a capped water bottle to session.No food is allowed during the session, except for special medical reasons previously disclosed to the Faith Formation office
Cleaning & Disinfecting: CDC protocols for cleaning and disinfecting will be followed. Each classroom, bathroom and common area will be thoroughly cleaned each day after the children/youth have left and again after Faith Formation sessions.
Illness: Please stay home if you or your child are experiencing classic symptoms of COVID-19 and/or running a fever of 100.0 ºF
