"Paul, called to be an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God,* and Sosthenes our brother, to the church of God that is in Corinth, to you who have been sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be holy, with all those everywhere who call upon the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, their Lord and ours."
1 Corinthians 1:2
Come and adore our Eucharistic Lord as the sanctuary will be flooded in only natural candlelight, and the Co-Cathedral will echo with some of the Church’s timeless musical treasures. Join us for this special night of prayer and invite a friend! Volunteers are needed to help setup. Sign up here to help!
The Stations of the Cross, also known as the Way of the Cross and the Way of Sorrow (Via Crucis in Latin), detail fourteen different moments on the day Jesus died. This prayer pilgrimage is a powerful way to grow closer to Jesus at any time of the year, though it is most popular during the Lenten season.
Your entire family is invited to join us for crafts, activities, and prayer to learn about Holy Week and Easter. RSVP here.
Night Watch Explained: This tradition is credited to St. Philip Neri and his friends who would prayerfully join together and go on a “pilgrimage” to seven churches. It came out of a desire to increase prayer and keep with Christ’s request to “remain here, and watch”, hence why it is referred to as Night Watch. (Mark 14:34) By keeping this tradition we also become pilgrims staying with Christ in the garden and consoling Him in his agony.
